Business litigation and Trials. Ron Betty has defended and represented individuals in commercial disputes, lease disputes, negligent construction, legal malpractice, employment and investor fraud. In addition, he has experience in personal torts, including, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, defamation, and conversion.
Mr. Betty routinely handles both intra-company and inter-company disputes between investors, shareholders, directors and officers of corporations, partners in partnerships, and members of limited liability companies.
Clients include restaurants, bars, investors and commercial property owners. He is admitted to the California Bar and Federal Central District of California.
Mr. Betty is a Hollywood native and graduated from Southwestern Law School’s 2-year accelerated SCALE program in the top of his class.
Outside of his law practice, Mr. Betty enjoys hiking, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and beer brewing.
